Living Room: Large room, Large window from the Living Room over looking large garden. Comfortable seating, couch. TV, DVD, CD/Radio/Cassette Player, Board Games, Large selection of DVD's to watch and CD's.Books. Lots of information and details of local Brittany area, restaurants, bars etc available at the house.
BathRoom
Family bathroom with bath, WC, wash hand basin, shower and various bathroom fittings. (Towels supplied free of charge).
Kitchen: Large Kitchen, Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron, Ironing Board, Fully equipped with all modern appliances, crockery, cutlery, etc. Large window over looking the garden. Dining Table and Chairs.
Bedroom: 1 Double Bedroom, 1 Twin Bedroom (currently has a bunk bed). Both bedrooms good size, well furnished with modern bedroom furniture. There is an extra pull out bed for the 5th person.(All bed linen provided free of charge).
Facilities: All bed linen and towels provided free of charge. There is Electric heating in all rooms, (small charge per week for the electricity). Double glazed. Beautiful garden of 2/3 of an acre with really beautiful views of the neighbouring countryside and fields, gives you a great sense of peace and tranquility. The garden also has an outside dining table and chairs, parasol. There are also sun loungers, barbecue, trampoline and outdoor garden sports equipment, (possibly overground swimming pool may be up and running in 2009). No smoking in the cottage please. Private parking for 3 cars. Pets welcome at £20 per pet per week.
As there are steps leading up to the front door the house is not suitable for very young children and toddlers. Any elderly person wishing to stay at the house should be aware that there are steps leading up to the front door and therefore may not be suitable for them.
